Sheet Music Megastore sell sheet music, printed music books and related audio/visual publications via this website, by post, by telephone and fax, for delivery by mail order.
We do not sell audio CD's, videos or computer games.

Using this website
You may browse the site without any registration or signing in.
Please use the Search tools on the left column to find products and services currently on offer.
Details of the Search tools are shown below.
Product items may be added to a Shopping Basket to create a list of potential purchases.
Click the 'Shopping Basket' link to view the contents of your shopping basket and make amendments to it's contents as required.
To purchase the items in your shopping basket click the 'Checkout' link.
You must either sign in as an existing user or complete the Registration form to complete your order.

The Shopping Basket
The shopping basket shows all items selected by you for potential purchase.
To increase/decrease the quantity ordered for any item, amend the quantity shown and click the 'Update Quantity' button.
To remove items completely from the shopping basket make the quantity value 0 (zero) and click 'Update Quantity'.
Please note the Stock Availability indicator is for general guidance only.
In Stock items are available for immediate dispatch.
Items shown as "Stock Expected Shortly" will be on general order and likely to be back in stock shortly.
Items shown as "Available To Order" can be back ordered and are subject to availability from the suppliers.
Please email the mail order department for the latest information.

Checkout
If you have not already signed in a prompt will show requesting your site username and password.
If you are a first time user please click the 'New User' link and complete the registration page shown.
Once signed in your shopping basket will show your selections, please review and amend as required
before clicking the 'Purchase' button to complete the Purchase.
An acknowledement of your order will be sent to you via email.

Registration
Registration is only required when purchasing books.
To purchase items we need to record details of a delivery address and payment method.
Complete all required fields on the registration form and click the 'Update' button when done.
A warning will show if any entered data fails to meet the requirement. Please check all details entered for correctness.
Please be particularly careful when entering email addresses.

Signing In
After you have registered for the first time, and on subsequent visits to the site after registration, please use your username and password in the 'Sign In' form fields.
Click the 'Log In' button to be recognized by the web site.
You can then view and amend the previous registered information as well as make purchases.
If you have never previously Registered or are Registered and have not signed in, then the Sign In prompt will show when moving to the 'Checkout'.

Signing Out
Click the 'Sign Out' link to remove all session data.
If you leave the web site or close your browser while signed on the session will be cancelled and you will need to Sign In again when returning to the site.

UK Postal Charges and Back Orders
In stock UK orders made on this site are charged at £1.95 per order.
Orders over £15.00 are sent without carriage charge.
Items out of stock when ordered are placed on back order and are despatched without further carriage charge when in stock.

European Union Postal Charges
All Orders despatched to the European Union Countries are charged at £2.50 per item on upto four items.
With a maximum carriage charge of £10.00. Back orders are charged at the same rate.

Overseas Postal Charges
All Orders despatched to the Countries outside the UK and EU are charged at £4.00 per item on upto four items.
With a maximum carriage charge of £16.00. Back orders are charged at the same rate.

Updating/Refreshing pages
If you make any amendments on these pages to your basket, sign on, or user details and
the page appears not to display those changes, trying clicking your browser refresh button
to load the amended page.
Due to changes in Internet Explorer 6.x the use of the Back button may cause a Page Warning error.
Try clicking the browser Refresh button to rectify this problem should it occur.

Music Search

Enter text in the Search text field, (Use titles, composer names, instruments, groups/artists or parts thereof to narrow your search), and click the 'Find' button.
The results if any will be displayed in a 'Product List'.
You can click the catalogue number link to view further details of that product.
Enter a quantity and click the 'Add' button to place that item in your shopping basket.

Song Finder
The Song Finder search will locate song titles contained in Music Collections. Enter the song you wish to locate (or part of the name) and any products found containing the request will be shown in a Product List
